Our Energy Employees Occupational Illness Program Act (EEOICPA) Program

For Uranium Miners, Millers, and Haulers.

Prestige Health Care Services (PHSC) focuses on providing care for individuals who developed illnesses while working in the uranium industry during the Cold War era. PHSC holds a government-issued provider ID number from the US Department of Labor’s Workers Compensation Programs and proudly serves eligible beneficiaries under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Program Act (EEOICPA). This specialized care is provided at no cost to the qualifying individual or their family, with no deductibles or co-payments involved.

Prestige Health Care Services, Inc. also offers specialized care for workers suffering from chronic illnesses such as lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, silicosis, chronic beryllium disease, cor pulmonale, and pneumoconiosis caused by exposure to hazardous conditions at DOE/DOL covered worksites.

Our team collaborates closely with your primary physician, the US Department of Labor, and your family to develop a personalized care plan. This plan is designed to enhance your health while allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own home. We believe that staying in a familiar environment surrounded by loved ones helps our clients thrive.
